Campurkan kesemua bahan di atas dan kacau hingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan periuk kukusan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Leserkan loyang/tudung periuk dengan sedikit minyak.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkkan adunan tepung tadi ke atas loyang/tudung periuk mengikut tebal yang anda suka.&lt;br /&gt;5. Kukus sehingga timbul gelembung-gelembung udara.&lt;br /&gt;6. Keluarkan dari periuk kukusan dan gulung sewaktu laksam masih panas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Kuah Laksam&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10 ekor isi ikan sardin.&lt;br /&gt;500ml santan pekat.&lt;br /&gt;1 liter air&lt;br /&gt;10 ulas bawang merah - dikisar halus&lt;br /&gt;5 keping asam keping&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu kecil lada hitam - ditumbuk halus&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit belacan jika suka&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit garam dan gula untuk penyedap rasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Blendkan isi ikan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan santan bersama air sambil di kacau perlahan-lahan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masuk isi ikan, bawang merah, asam keping, lada hitam, garam dan gula serta belacan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Kacau hingga mendidih ( mendidih sekejap sahaja agar tidak pecah minyak)&lt;br /&gt;5. Cuci ayam dan potong ikut saiz kegemaran.&lt;br /&gt;2. Bancuhkan rempah kari bersama 1/2 cawan air.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tumiskan minyak sehingga panas.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan bawang merah dan bawang putih yang di kisar.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan cili giling, tumis sehinga garing tetapi jgn sampai hangus.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan rempah kari yang telah dibancuh.. tumis sehingga kering dan garing.&lt;br /&gt;7. Setelah garing, masukkan 1 cawanair, asam jawa dan ayam.&lt;br /&gt;8. Perapkan ikan tenggiri bersama garam selama 2 jam.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumbuk bawang merah, bawang putih, cili padi, lengkuas dan kunyit hidup.&lt;br /&gt;3. Pastikan telur rata dan menipis di dalam kuali. Proses ini mengambil masa yang amat singkat.&lt;br /&gt;5.Masukkan nasi yang digoreng tadi ke bahagian tengah telur yang masih memanas&lt;br /&gt;di dalam kuali.&lt;br /&gt;6. Hujung telur dilipat menjadi 4 penjuru. Proses ini sama seperti yang anda lihat orang buat murtabak.&lt;br /&gt;7. Bancuh kesemua bahan di atas dan diblend di dalam blender sehingga adunan menjadi halus. Pastikan adunan tidak terlalu cair atau tidak terlalu pekat untuk menghasilkan roti jala yang berkualiti.&lt;br /&gt;2.Panaskan sedikit minyak di atas kuali dan &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;cuba terap terlebih dahulu untuk memastikan kepekatan yang betul.. jika terkurang air boleh ditambah.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;3. Goreng ikan bilis di atas api yang perlahan sehingga ranggup dan di toskan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali.&lt;br /&gt;3. Santan dimasak bersama dengan air, bawang merah, bawang putih dan cili giling.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan serai dan asam keping.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan belacan dan garam.&lt;br /&gt;4. Rendam beras wangi selama 6 jam - lagi lama rendam lagi baik&lt;br /&gt;2. Kukus beras yang direndam tadi selama 20 minit&lt;br /&gt;3. Keluarkan nasi tadi dan gaulkan dengan santan cair, kukus selama 10 minit.&lt;br /&gt;4.Bancuh santan pekat bersama hirisan bawang, halia dan halba&lt;br /&gt;5.Nasi yang telah dikukus kali kedua tadi digaul bersama bancuhan santan pekat.&lt;br /&gt;6. Sekali lagi kukus nasi selama 10 minit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;B. Kari Ikan Tongkol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan :&lt;br /&gt;2 ekor ikan tongkol sederhana besar&lt;br /&gt;4 keping asam keping&lt;br /&gt;1 inci lengkuas&lt;br /&gt;secubit gula melaka&lt;br /&gt;2 cawan santan pekat&lt;br /&gt;2 cawan air&lt;br /&gt;10 ulas bawang merah - kisar&lt;br /&gt;5 ulas bawang putih -kisar&lt;br /&gt;1 inci halia - kisar&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu ciling giling&lt;br /&gt;1 senduk kecil serbuk kari ikan&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu minyak untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;2 bunga cengkih&lt;br /&gt;2 inci kayu manis&lt;br /&gt;2 bunga lawang&lt;br /&gt;2 buah pelaga&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sudu halba&lt;br /&gt;10 tangkai cili padi&lt;br /&gt;garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara-cara :&lt;br /&gt;1. Ikan tongkol di cuci dan di potong ikut saiz kegemaran, rebus kan bersama asam keping, garam, lengkuas dan secubit gula melaka.&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan minyak, tumiskan bunga lawang,kayu manis, bunga lawang dan buah pelaga.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan dua sudu ciling giling, tumis sehingga garing.&lt;br /&gt;5. Setelah garing masukkan serbuk kari yang telah dicampur dengan air, tumis sehingga pecah minyak, masukkan air dan santan.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih dan halia yang telah dikisar dan biarkan menggelegak.&lt;br /&gt;7. Masukkan ikan yang telah direbus bersama asam keping dan lengkuas.&lt;br /&gt;8. Akhir sekali masukkan garam, cili padi dan halba,  biarkan seketika sehingga kari pekat dan naik minyak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;C. Acar/ jelatah&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 batang mentimun&lt;br /&gt;1 batang lobak&lt;br /&gt;2 ulas bawang merah dihiris halus&lt;br /&gt;2 cili merah&lt;br /&gt;3 sudu cuka makan&lt;br /&gt;garam dan gula secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara-cara:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Potong mentimun dan lobak merah memanjang&lt;br /&gt;2. Hiris bawang merah dan cili merah halus-halus.&lt;br /&gt;3. Campurkan potongan bawang merah dan lada bersama 3 sudu cuka, garam dan gula sehingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;4. Setelah itu bolehlah di masukkan tepung yang telah likat ke dalam loyang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Langkah2&lt;br /&gt;Masakkan santan pekat sehingga likat bersama secubit garam. Masukkan juga 2 sudu  tepung gandum. Setelah pekat bolehlah di letak ke dalam loyang tepung beras tadi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Langkah 3&lt;br /&gt;Goreng gula di dalam kuali sehingga berwarna kuning keemasan, masukkan lima sudu air dan di kacau sehingga pekat.
